1、下载 exe 安装程序https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2243204&clcid=0x409
2、下载 MSIX x64
https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2196106
3、以管理员的形式打开命令提示符
4、根据前面下载的两个文件的所在位置输入命令
假如两个文件都放在 D:\MSTeams\ 里面，那么命令就是下面这行
"D:\MSTeams\teamsbootstrapper.exe" -p -o "D:\MSTeams\MSTeams-x64.msix"
5、看到结果显示“true”就说明安装成功了
